Economic Value Added Analysis

You will estimate and analyze the economic value added (EVA) for the past two years for Telus.  See the attached excel file and produce a report in the form of an “executive summary” which should be one page long in a word-processed document. Your analysis of the results should include: 1)Discussion of how well the company is creating (or destroying) value, as well as how this compares with any increases (or decreases) in the market value of the company 2)Analysis of how well this aligns with the strategy of the company, including any changes in strategy. 3)Identification of any challenges faced by the company or industry which could affect the results. The management discussion in the annual report can help as a starting point.
