[ORDER SOLUTION] Eastern Theatre Tradition

Through this project you will research and explore an Eastern theatre tradition from its origin through its evolution to today. You will document its history, analyze a performance for the Parts of a Play and provide a personal reflection on the artform. OBJECTIVES 1.Explore the rise and evolution of eastern theatre traditions 2.Analyze the parts of a play for a performance of Eastern Theatre 3.Compare and contrast Eastern and Western theatre traditions You must also include a bibliography in MLA format citing your sources of research and the video of the performance you watched. Part 1 Research and describe the origin of the theatre tradition and its evolution to modern day performances. It should be broken into 3 paragraphs: How the artform began and its purpose in society Major historical events that lead to changes or challenges for the theatre Who watches the theatre now and how has it changed (or not changed) for modern audiences? Part 2 Compare and contrast a modern performance of your eastern theatre tradition compared to modern western theatre. Respond to the parts of a play and end with a final paragraph expressing your personal opinion on the experience of watching the modern performance. It should be broken into 4 paragraphs: Plot & Characters Diction & Music Spectacle Personal Response
