Duffers Drift

Assimilate the lessons learned from the dream sequences in Defense of Duffer’s Drift. The Lieutenant’s dream sequences help him understand his tactical problem and make decisions when faced with a new problem. The Lieutenant had virtually no knowledge of the terrain, the weather, civilians, enemy, etc. If an intelligence section had been made available to the Lieutenant, how might have he used such staff to help him avoid the painful (and deadly) consequences of poor decision making in his dream sequences?
