Then in answer the following.   2.     Briefly summarize the case (less than 100 words):             – What company/industry is involved?             – Who is involved?  – What is the challenge or problem that is trying to be solved? 3.     Answer the following questions (and include sufficient evidence from the book/lecture for each): a) Identify two ways IBM has managed diversity in the past. How do these strategies work to promote diversity at IBM based on what you learned about diversity management in the lecture this week? b) Thinking back on the week we discussed Justice, how do IBM’s practices influence perceptions of justice and fairness? What types of Justice are accounted for in IBM’s strategy? Are there types of injustice IBM has overlooked and if so, how could they account for it moving forward? c) What types of competitive advantages could IBM have gained from having and promoting such a diverse workforce?   Note: Make sure to review your feedback from case 1 to help develop your writing/communication skills while working on case 2!       Grading Rubric for Paper   Briefly summarize the case in 100 words or less. 6 pts   Answer question 2a.
