Think about your place of employment and discuss how diversity is addressed in your environment. If you have recently been hired, what type of diversity training did you have to attend or complete before being hired for your job? If you have been at your place of employment for more than one year, what type of diversity updates or continuing education are offered at your workplace? Discuss a time when you have experienced or witnessed conflict related to lack of education in diversity. This could be related to gender, age, education levels, culture, or other differences. Describe the conflict and the underlying problem. How did management intervene? What changes would you make in how management handled the situation? What do you think was the underlying management opportunity?
