Depression

I need a comprehensive psychiatric assessment paper. Please see the attached example and the grade rubric. Did he die by suicide? People do not die from “depression.” They may have died because of suicide related to depression, but depression in and of itself is not a cause of death. Also, you stated that he cannot maintain relationships-why? Does he have a disordered personality? Does he become a violent with his intimate partners?”
