Dangerous Driving

*Both questions in part 1 are mandatory and 3 out of the 5 questions in part 2 are to be answered. PART 1:  Question 1- Here is the definition of dangerous driving according to section 320.13 (1) of the Criminal Code: “It is an offense for anyone who operates a conveyance in a manner dangerous to the public, having regard to the circumstances.” You need to 1) create a research question that is relevant to this definition, 2) identify the independent and dependent variables of your question, and 3) provide an operational definition of each variable. It must first of all determine the weaknesses of the present system. She therefore asks her employees to rob stores. Discuss two ethical issues in this research. Question 4 – You are being asked to determine if there is a link between life expectancy and crime. You decide to trust the statistics collected by Statistics Canada on these two subjects. Explain two risks or issues associated with this decision. Question 5 – Explain the role of empiricism in scientific research. Question 6 – Explain the principles of validity and reliability. Question 7 – Explain the principle of scientific relevance and its importance.
