For cases, it will be sufficient if you cite using a shortened form of the full citation (as you might do in timed exam conditions). For example, instead of citing ‘Fisher v Bell [1961] 1 QB 394’ you may simply cite ‘Fisher v Bell’ or even if it is clear, ‘Fisher’.
