Creative Groupwork and Facilitation skills
So we did a group work , so basically the activity is based around the things in our homes tha helped our mental health this year. so basically, you will have 1 minute to get an objet from your house it can be anything you want. We want to bring it back and then we will ask you a few questions around why you chose that object. so to give an example i could bring a mindful colouring bgook and you will describe how this helped your mental health during covid-19 so maybe it relaxed you and calmed your mind and we may ask you another question or two about it another one could be makeup maybe yu enjoy the art of makeup and the activity involved calms your mind and helps you chill out. we would love if everone tries to participate but of course you have the right to pass we hope you enjoy this activity and hoprfully we get to know each other a bit moreafter this
