COVID-19 Balance Against the Economic Concerns of Keeping the Economy Healthy

For this week’s assignment, you will write a short paper that will eventually become the Introduction for Chapter 1 of your final proposal.  In this paper, your task is to explain your proposed research topic and develop the research question for your proposed study.  You also need to make it very clear what the purpose of your research is going to be. Your textbook readings will help you to get started, but additional research on your own may well be needed to learn more about how to develop the research question.  At a minimum, you must respond to the following questions within this paper: What is the problem and/or purpose of the research study? Does the problem or purpose statement express a relationship between two or more variables? If so, what is/are the relationship(s)?  Are they testable? Does the problem statement and/or purpose specify the nature of the population being studied? What is it? What significance of the problem, if any, has the investigator identified? This paper should be somewhat comprehensive (minimum 250-500 words, or 1-2 pages double-spaced, in length), supported and defended with references to academic sources, and formatted in accordance with APA requirements.  To assist you with getting started on this assignment, I have provided the attached documents. In addition,when submitting the paper for a review for plagiarism through Turnitin and no more than 20% of your paper should be directly quoted from an outside source.  I expect you to paraphrase, explaining what your sources had to say rather than quoting what they said.
