Course Reflection

One of the goals of this course is to give you tools to excel in your future career using key concepts from Organizational Behavior. However, as you’ve likely noticed, many of our concepts can be applied to your life as a whole. To aid in this process, I want to give you an opportunity to reflect now and think how you could apply the concepts.   Grade Details: This is an EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY and, therefore, completely optional. You will have the opportunity to earn up to 25 extra credit points.    Timing: The reflection paper is due Monday, November 23 at 11:59pm. In doing so, I pose three questions about the course material: How can you use something that we’ve learned to be a better employee? How can you use something that we’ve learned to be a better leader? How can you use something that we’ve learned to improve your life? In a reflection paper, please write how you would answer each of those three questions. The amount of extra credit that you earn will be based on the depth of the course content that you include and the strength of the connection between the course content and your individual answers. Said differently, you must demonstrate a strong understanding and application of the course material to receive the full extra credit points.
