Correlational Strategies
March 1st, 2021
Provide an example (can be simple, yet relevant) of a correlation with a third variable interaction. Because a correlational study does not use manipulation or control, it is always possible that an observed relationship between two variables is actually caused by a third variable that is influencing the two variables simultaneously. Be careful to elaborate on the effect of the third variable and how to use limitations to address this in a research setting.
