Colonial America Websites Review

the task is to examine two or more websites that present the history of Colonial North America (from 1492 to 1800), and write a 250-300 word review of what you found there. Briefly describe the sites, but concentrate on what you liked and didn’t like about them. This is not meant to be a critique of a site’s technical aspects, but whether it is informative and interesting.  To get you started, check out these two sites, geared toward high school and college students: The first list focuses on US Colonial Era history, which is the period your assignment covers. http://www.besthistorysites.net/index.php/american-history/colonial This list is focused on Native American history, but you can find some useful sites here that deal with the years before the American Revolution: http://besthistorysites.net/american-history/native-american-history/ Of course there are many sites out there that are not on these two lists, and you’re encouraged to find your own sources. Just be careful to find sites that are reasonably reliable–check out the few sites on the “beshistorysites” pages to get a sense of what that means.
