[ORDER SOLUTION] Clinical Supervision

What are some ways in which an observer’s personal experiences and values could affect a classroom observation? One concern about clinical supervision expressed by some supervisors is the extensive time required to provide clinical supervision to large numbers of teachers on a regular basis. Is peer coaching the solution to the supervisor’s time problem? In other words, would it be beneficial for supervisors to shift roles from providing clinical supervision to coordinating peer coaching programs? ******incorporate these “words to lead by” ******in your current workplace.
