Children Rights Policy

Assess Canada’s commitment to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child – and to the status of children as full citizens and rights-bearers – in relation to one of the policy and practice areas dealt with in the course, or in relation to the law. The materials and readings used in the course can serve as your ‘starting point’, but your task is to branch out in terms of your analysis, doing an in-depth study of Canada’s record in that area of policy and practice, or law .
