I NEED A POSITIVE COMMENT BASED IN TIS ARGUMENT..BETWEEN 100-120 WORDS
Identify two GCU Library scholarly databases that will help you find the best research articles to support your EBP proposal. Discuss why these two databases are better than Google Scholar or a general Internet search.
The GCU library databases are a lot of different things to use to make your writing easier. The GCU database is better than google search because it is focused on our topics and what we need to learn and not just everything on the internet. One of the main things that will help when writing your papers and to help support your EBP proposal is ask the librarian. This can help you when you get stuck and can’t figure out the next step. Also if you can’t figure out how to navigate the library the ask the librarian database is something that will help support your EBP. The other database that will help support your EBP proposal is CINAHL. This database has access to thousands of articles from other healthcare professionals and other people in the field that understand what nurses go through. Using this will help to support your EBP because you can read other people’s thoughts that have been in the same place other nurses have. These two things are the most helpful for me but the GCU library has many databases that are better than google because the results we get from GCU are from people that understand what nurses go through.

Although termination is an inevitable part of the therapeutic process, it is often difficult for clients. However, by discussing termination throughout therapy, you can better prepare your clients for life without you. Once a client has achieved his or her therapeutic goals, termination sessions should be held and documented in a client termination summary.
For this Assignment, you have the opportunity to practice writing a termination summary for a client with whom you have worked during your practicum experience.
Learning Objectives
Students will:
· Develop client termination summaries
To prepare:
· For guidance on writing a client termination summary, review pages 693–712 of
Wheeler (2014) in this week’s Learning Resources.
· Identify a client who may be ready to terminate therapy.
The Assignment
· Identifying information of client (e.g., hypothetical name and age)
· Date the client initially contacted therapist, date therapy began, duration of
therapy, and date therapy will end
· Total number of sessions, including number of missed sessions
· Whether termination was planned or unplanned
· Presenting problem
· Major psychosocial issues
· Types of services rendered (e.g., individual, couple/family therapy, group therapy)
· Overview of treatment process
· Goal status (goals met, partially met, unmet)
· Treatment limitations (if any)
· Remaining difficulties and/or concerns
· Recommendations
· Follow-up plan (if indicated)
· Instructions for future contact
· Signatures
With the client you selected in mind, address in a client termination summary (without violating HIPAA regulations) the following:

Minimum of 5 sentences
Describe the key motives involved in the increased presence of Westerners in India, China, and Japan in the 1700s and 1800s. Identify the key factors that led to Britain’s successful imposition of its presence and trade policies on China, despite communications like those from Emperor Ch’ien-lung (i.e., Qianlong) and Commissioner Lin Zexu (i.e., Lin Tse-hsu). Describe your favorite Japanese wood print that captured the imagination of leading Western artists.
Read, listen to, and watch the sources for the opera composers. Describe the major influences that Verdi, Wagner, or Puccini exerted upon opera in terms of making it more innovative, realistic, and even controversial. Speculate on how audiences may have reacted to the work of this composer.

One of the key motives that involved the increase presence of western in China was the fact that China had tea and the British wanted it. And the fact that India produced large amounts of opium which the Chinese loved to use it made for a very good business because not only could they be able to maybe trade goods for tea they they could all so use the opium for trade and to make money. The main thing that allowed the Britain to trade and make policies in China is the fact that China started a war on drugs and and seized over 2 million in goods, 42,000 pipes and 20,chest of opium. This outraged the British so they began attack and killed over 20,00 Chinese and just to make peace they signed a treats. One which was the unequal treaty, which i think was total unfair because the Chinese were made to pay 21m silver dollars because the British broke the Chinese law and the Chinese tried to help their people.
I think the wood print Fig 29;19 Katsushika Hokusai The Great Wave show how the artists captured the imagination of the Japanese.

After looking at all three I myself like Wagner’s to me it has that scary feeling but excitement compared to listen to Puccini which really was boring now I will say that Verdi play was okay but Wagner is the one that was more realistic and innovative. I thin that by him using instrument to increase the sound instead of actually use the singer made it more suspenseful.

Writing objectives is much like writing outcomes in the nursing process. Objectives must be measurable, contain action verbs, be specific, include timelines, and indicate the degree to which you expect the learner to achieve. A helpful formula to write objectives is the A-B-C-D approach: Audience: Who is the audience for the class? Is it a student nurse? A staff nurse? A participant in a class? Behavior: What do I want the audience to accomplish by the end of the class? An example of a behavior is being able to identify the signs and symptoms of infection. Condition: How will students demonstrate mastery and be assessed in their learning? An example could be that students will demonstrate their knowledge of a lab or clinical area by taking a written test. Degree: How well will students perform their new knowledge? Should students be able to identify all signs and symptoms of infection, or would it be satisfactory if they identified only two symptoms? A sample objective that illustrates these points is: “After reading this lecture (condition), the graduate student in the nurse educator track (audience) will be able to write an objective (behavior) using the A-B-C-D approach (degree).” The above objective dictates that the student will be able to write an objective, as opposed to discussing or identifying it. Since the objective says “write,” the student must write an objective to meet this objective. If the objective instead said: “List the components of a complete learner objective,” the appropriate evaluation would require that the student list the A-B-C-D; whereas the objective “describe the components” would have students describe the meaning of each A-B-C-D step. Well-written objectives will dictate the evaluation process.

Being culturally sensitive by respecting your clients’ spirituality and religious traditions, in general, is an important professional competence (Furness & Gilligan, 2010). Applying your spiritual awareness to a specific client case, however, may require even greater skill. In this assignment, you consider how you might address a client’s crisis that includes a spiritual or religious component.
To prepare for this Assignment, review this week’s media about Eboni Logan’s visit with her school social worker.
Submit a 2- to 4-page paper that answers the following questions:
As Eboni’s social worker, would you include spirituality and religion in your initial assessment? Why or why not?
What strategies can you use to ensure that your personal values will not influence your practice with Eboni?
How would you address the crisis that Eboni is experiencing? VIDEO ATTACHED

Four Models for Proposal Development

Four Models for Proposal Development
Four Models for Proposal Development

When developing and implementing a grant proposal, the grantee must consider the project structure and four models for proposal development. Understanding this framework helps to fine tune the proposal and ensure that consideration has been given to selecting the appropriate resources required to carry out the project.
There are four models that can be used for development and implementation: individual, consultative, cooperative, and collaborative. Working as an individual may be sufficient for smaller projects or a pilot. However, the consultative, cooperative, and collaborative models may be required to carry out more complex work. Each of these models involve careful consideration of the required level of resources, collaboration, and partnerships.
In preparation for this Discussion, consider the four models of proposal development as well as when each type of design is appropriate. Review this week’s Learning Resources that focuses on these models. Reflect upon the characteristics of persuasive writing learned in Module 2.
By Day 3 of Week 6
Post the following to the Discussion board:
• In a 2- to 3-slide PowerPoint presentation with recorded voiceover, compare and contrast the four models of proposal development (individual, consultative, cooperative, and collaborative) and how each model would work in your grant-funded project. Persuade your classmates why your choice of one of these four models is most appropriately aligned with your proposed project.
Be sure to support your analysis and conclusions with citations and references in APA format from the Learning Resources and your own research.

Assignment: Ethical Relativism

is a meta-ethical theory, which maintains that our moral
judgments are essentially relative. Ethical relativism appears in two main versions, namely, Moral Subjectivism and Cultural Relativism. Moral Subjectivism asserts that moral judgments reflect the feelings or dispositions of an individual at a given time. Thus, one’s moral judgments and values are subjectively determined. Jean-Jacques Rousseau defended ethical subjectivism by arguing that nature is superior to society. According to Rousseau, an individual should follow his/hers natural inclinations and propensities, i.e., natural virtues. However, Moral Subjectivism has some very uncomfortable consequences:
1. If Moral Subjectivism is correct, then two individuals may have different moral judgments on the same situation and both of them may be right. Thus, Subjectivism fails to explain what is right and wrong.
2. If Moral Subjectivism is correct, then a person cannot be wrong in their moral
judgments. If my moral judgments reflect just my feelings and dispositions, then I cannot
be mistaken in my moral judgments. After all, I am best familiar with my feelings. Yet, I can think of a few cases in which I have been wrong in my judgments because of my
feelings and emotions. Thus, Subjectivism leads us to inconsistent judgments.
3. Moral Subjectivism prevents us from having a rational discussion on ethical issues. When people are led by their feelings there is very little communication on ethical issues.
4. Moral Subjectivism is an inconsistent ethical theory. One cannot live one’s life as a moral subjectivist. Our interactions with other people are inevitable and require some common understanding of what is right and what is wrong.
The above difficulties ruin the appeal of Moral Subjectivism as a meta-ethical
theory. There is a fundamental reason for the failure of Moral Subjectivism. Moral Subjectivism ignores the fact that our lives are closely connected and our actions inevitably affect other people. Ethics is the system of rules that hold our community together. Thus, ethics is by its very nature inter-subjective.
