The Child in Trouble
Write 6 pages with APA style on The Child in Trouble: Institute of Public Health, Social Work and Care. Youth crime can range from the status offense. this includes minor offenses like underage smoking, violent crime are ones that the offender uses force to do a crime like a robbery with violence or murder and property crime like shoplifting and motor vehicle theft (Barry & John, 2009).In the United Kingdom in 1999 young people arrested are fewer than the adults except in arson arrests, despite that this number is still disturbing because the youth are not supposed to get involved in crime. When youths are involved in crimes, it tears society apart because people will not agree on what happened and blame it on other peoples, especially the parents of the youth. Other parents do not want to associate with those parents and even tell their children not to keep the company of those youths. Youths are the most productive members of the society and if found guilty of doing crimes and taken to juvenile detention or prisons, there will be few productive people. The youths said to be the leaders of tomorrow will be absent to build their future the right way hence, building a society that filled with youth crimes becomes hard. All these will tear the society apart.Youth crime is always associated with youths not raised responsibly by their guardians because they lack the correct upbringing they tend to do bad things that harm others and even themselves. Youth from violent families tend to be violent even with their age mates outside the family and single parenthood is associated with youth crime. The society also blames it to poverty, if youths do not afford basic items they tend to get them through some unlawful way or do other things like drugs and joining violent gangs to get away from their poverty and sorrow. Peer pressure is high in youths and can be a reason they engage in crime, the gangs they join to fit in with the rest and end up doing the wrong things in the name of fitting in. Access to illegal drugs and guns in some societies is easy. these make some youths get involved in illegal things easily as compared to where access is hard.

Research text and include your findings in the essay, which I will include the research since it has to come from the library of the school. Will need to have a Works Cited page. The thesis has to be as follows, but all one sentence: Writing your essay: C. Thesis statement model: The thesis statement is the last sentence of your introduction. It should look like so for this essay: Although (counterclaim) __________________________________________, ^this should be where you state the surface level interpretation of the text I argue that (claim) _______________________________________________ ^this is your main argument. You will be arguing that the text has a deeper meaning or deeper commentary here and you will state what that meaning or commentary is because of the texts use of _____, ______, and ________. ^these are your subclaims and should be a list of the literary elements you found in the text that youll use as evidence to support your interpretation of the texts deeper meaning or commentary **Please note that, though Ive separated this thesis statement into 3 parts, your thesis statement is made up of one sentence.** A quick note on Introductions and Conclusions: Introductions: Your introduction should be at least 5 sentences long. Your introduction should move from a broad topic to the specific topic of your essay. You should begin your introduction without referencing the text you are analyzing — you should, instead, discuss a broader idea or topic that relates somehow to the text youre analyzing. Do not begin your essay by saying something about the text or author; instead, discuss the importance of teachers in general (in reference to the example thesis mentioned above). Your introduction should then move from the broad topic toward the specific and will, eventually, reach the thesis statement. Conclusions: Your conclusion should do the opposite of your introduction and should also be at least 5 sentences. You should review the thesis statement and your essays topic in 2-3 sentences and then should move to a broad topic. Consider answering the question why should someone read this text? Who cares about this deeper meaning or commentary and why should someone care? The last 2 – 3 sentences of your essay should NOT reference the thesis, the text, the author of the text, or anything specifically referenced in your thesis statement.
