Carbohydrates are part of a basic diet yet many diet plans to lose weight recommend lower carbohydrate consumption. For this discussion post, analyze your current diet. Is your diet high or low in carbohydrates? Is your diet rich in protein? What do you believe is an ideal diet for a healthy lifestyle? Then compare. Assignment Content Imagine your team has been given the task of consulting with a local health care facility that has been experiencing some issues with its staff. Leadership of the facility has noted the main issues being communication, motivation, and teamwork, and has asked you to provide some strategies to improve these areas. This assignment will be based on the concepts of addictions counseling.
