Applying Amazon best practices to government organization. – Evaluate an Amazon best practice that addresses a leadership, management, transformation, or organizational culture issue and has utility in government organization. Address the following with a minimum of 1-page for each section. 1. Problem Identification: Discuss the leadership challenge, transformation, culture and/or problem set (i.e., what types of problems were being addressed using the best practice); 2. Best Practice: Evaluate the best practice(s) relating to the leadership or management area and how the best practice was implemented (include key elements of the best practice); 3.
