Choose ONE of the following to answer on this Discussion Board: A: Consider passive euthanasia (allowing someone to die) and active euthanasia (administering drugs that cause death). Identify and describe a myth that has been created or perpetuated by television. You must clearly explain the myth and its origin. You must also describe all of the people involved in the myth, including the producers, actors, and viewers. Your example and its description must be supported by sourced evidence. For the analysis part of the paper you must explain why you think viewers believe the false info the myth is based on. Additionally, you must provide at least one suggestion for combatting myths portrayed on television. The analysis can come from your understanding of the example, but you are encouraged to use sources to support your analysis. You will submit a 4-5-page written report where you describe the example you identified and provide the analysis required. All papers should be written in APA format and you must cite at least four outside sources to support your description of the example. If you use the textbook as a source, you must have a minimum of five sources. All papers must include a clear and well-defined structure including an introduction, body, and conclusion. The introduction must clearly set up the paper and include a thesis statement. The intro should also be creatively written so it makes the reader want to continue reading. The body must be thorough, detailed, and supported by sources. The conclusion is just as important as the introduction. The conclusion should provide a clear summary of the paper and give the reader closure

Read chapter 19 on Cengage.com “Violence and War.” The material in this section raise a lot of questions. In thinking about what you’ve read, one of the most obvious questions is: how does war differ from terrorism (if at all)? What is the distinction between the two? Is it really the case that “one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter”? Why might someone agree or disagree? Are certain tactics always illegitimate? What would make a war a just war? Can war ever be waged morally, or is pacifism the only morally legitimate position we can hold? Can torture ever be used morally, or is it always wrong? If it is always wrong, does that mean there would never be situations where it is nevertheless forgivable?
