One argument in the debate surrounding globalization is about the inequality between developed and developing nations. Explain how reduced barriers to trade and investment might help reduce this inequality.

Protecting the environment is very important.  We want to be able to reduce the destruction of ecosystems and ensure that our planet is a safe livable environment for future generations. Students will articulate the importance of protecting the environment and why. Write a 2-3 page paper covering the following points related to this topic: What are the benefits of protecting the environment? What could be limitations in protecting the environment? How you will protect the environment, and your reasons why. How you can get others involved in protecting the environment from a local to a national level. Explain the local and national economic and social effects for environmental protection.

How can the United States lessen its dependence on fossil fuels?

I am to write a 6-8 page argumentive research paper.  As you see I have cited many sources that are very similar, but have many different good points to include.  If you can provide facts from the articles and direct quotes that are important in providing information on what really is a concern versus just blaming overproduction or families being too big, especially in poor countries who use less resources than the average American family.  I want to argue what changes we can do that will have a huge impact on environmental concerns and what that can do to help the earth when we have maximized its capacity.  We can discuss educating people on the impact of larger families but also educate others on recycling, carpooling, pollution, carbon footprints, cutting down trees, climate change, turning off lights etc.
