You will be required to write a movement analysis paper. The paper will include: what is the movement/skill, assessments of each phase of the movement, major joints involved, major muscles that play a role in the movement, muscle and joint actions through each phase of the movement, and planes of movement, and exercises to improve the skill/target the major muscles involved/mimic the movement or skill. Your project will be 4-5 pages in 12 pt font, APA format with in text citations (at least 5 citations), Times New Roman, double spaced in a Word Document format with 1” margins. PLEASE INCLUDE EACH OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION ABOVE!!

If you could pitch your own project to Google to be implemented or partnered or financially supported, what would it be and why? For your POST, I want you to present a problem or an area of improvement that needs to be addressed or an opportunity that is being ignored or a medical, social, ecological, psychological, physical area that needs to be addressed. Does that seem impossibly huge? Yes it does to me too. I Just need a letterhead for a recommendation letter! I wrote one for a colleague of mines and she stated I needed a letter header for her to be submitted into school. I’m not paying more then $5, because this isn’t even an assignment or task, I just need a letterhead that’s it.
