You will be required to write a movement analysis paper. The paper will include: what is the movement/skill, assessments of each phase of the movement, major joints involved, major muscles that play a role in the movement, muscle and joint actions through each phase of the movement, and planes of movement, and exercises to improve the skill/target the major muscles involved/mimic the movement or skill.
