I have an essay with 7 pages is already done I need to edit and add a new insurrection to it INSTRUCTIONS NOT FOLLOWED: please follow these new guidelines from my instructor he requested last night: REMEMBER – AVOID mere single line sentence/statement – You must elaborate to clearly justify your sentences -ask simple question on your sentences – did your sentence shows appraisal – does it elaborate to include analysis of what you intend to say and does it expand by being critical in your evaluation of what you intend to say – your report MUST demonstrate your are writing an MBA analytical report. Consider the following: You must apply the various concepts taught in Ops Mgt, as appropriately, in your assessment 3 Your report must have an executive summary of not more than 3/4 of a page – Briefly what is the problem you are facing, How you wish to analyse and propose to solve the problem then what benefit you are expecting from this proposal In Introduction section: you can relate your background to concepts such as low productivity – inefficiency or not effective to customers (internal/external) – lack of competitive edge to appraise problem/gaps/challenges in your current processes/activities (As_Is) Appraise your current process (As_Is) – consider using Transformation Systems to discuss how the process works or/and identify root_cause_of_the_problem – analyse your process input, the set of activities, the related business rules or the mechanism – which of these are causing problem to your identified gap. Or may be you want to apply Quality Mgt of PDCA or Six Sigma as elements to identify problem and/or solution as well. You can also consider using Process Mapping to show the flow of your activities (remember: you need to show oly those activities that are causing the problem – extraction of the whole process – may be 4 or 5 activities) – show activity cycle time, capacity for the indv activities then for the Overall process – flow time, capacity and cycle for the whole flow In your proposal (To_Be process) – consider what concept/s you can apply to solve the above problem you identified. You can analyse what process strategy (check the type of process strategies suitable for your process) is suitable for your proposal. Use Process Mapping again to show the changes in To_Be process solution. Pay attention to the difference in cycle time, capacity and overall flow time. Or consider the layout strategy of your workplace…. May be use Quality Mgt to measure and show how you wish to improve. You must do comparative analysis between the As_Is vs, To_Be processes. Consider how many activities or time you reduced, how much costs you have save – compare the level of productivity from As_Is against To_be. fe, how efficient or effective your proposed To_Be can be as compared to the existing As_Is. Has your proposal increase the competitiveness of your process to increase the customers (internal/external) satisfaction/benefit/profit – how your proposal add value to your own workload. Your conclusion: must summaries what was the problem, what is your proposal, how your proposal increase the productivity/competitiveness of your chosen process. What is the limitation of your proposal and If given more time, how would you have done it better. Hopefully the above helps your to improve your assignment before submission. Format: Your 5 page paper must be written in Microsoft word using the equations editor. No plain text equations. The sixth page should have your 5 references in MLA style. Who else (if any) finally solved the problem? In other words, focus on the mathematics that the mathematician did and how it fits into the big picture. We are also given to write a research proposal explaining why the reserach question is important to me and how I plan to reserch it. This going to become first paragraph. In this I wrote a little bit; I will send it to you. 2. Direction # 2 says as this is argumentative research paper, it shouldn’t be a book report or mere summary of research findings.Instead, It should use research to make a persuasive point. For science papers, a persuasive point may include a prediction. 3. Regarding research requirements: a. you have to first read sources to answer a question, so you should not have thesis until you after you have read several sources. b. 5 or more sources in total , 3 or more from our colleges library database. 2 from outside including websites. c. have to be primary or secondary source not tertiary

Compare and contrast two plays that we have read by choosing one of the following topics for a literary analysis essay. Provide equal treatment for each play in the essay. Refer to the text as a play (place in italics) and the writer as a playwright. Use specific examples and details to support your position along with direct quotations from each play. As always, please use the textbook. You may cite the stage directions as well. You would cite it as a regular quote and keep the italics.  Provide an analysis of the role that the immigrant experience has in Milcha Sanchez-Scott’s The Cuban Swimmer and Edward Bok Lee’s El Santo Americano. Include any moments of foreshadowing and irony throughout the plays as well to build your argument.  Use direct quotes from playwrights and also cite them correctly. Underline the clear augmentative thesis. The sources have to be the playwrights cited correctly. (2 sources cited in MLA) No random sources.

A literature review is not the same as a critical analysis of a work of literature or a book review. In English, a literature review is a review of the “literature,” or scholarship, about a particular poem, short story, novel, play, autobiography, etc. Literature reviews are written in every discipline, not just English. For example, one might do a literature review on current scholarship regarding early childhood language acquisition, or a literature review on competing theories regarding the best economic policy for preventing or reversing inflation.   For this literature review, you will choose five sources from your Annotated Bibliography and use them to support an argument about which source offers the most interesting or valuable interpretation of the primary text in question. Your essay should include some “reflection” writing in which you state your initial interest in the primary work, perhaps a narrative of your research in pulling together the five secondary sources you’ll discuss, and even some skepticism about the various critical methodologies in those secondary sources. I encourage you to cite Tyson in your discussion of the methodologies and/or Mays in your discussion of a structural element or literary device.     The purpose of this literature review is not to review the most recent literature (although that is often the purpose of a literature review in other contexts), but to review as broad a range of perspectives as possible. Your five sources must represent at least three different schools of criticism identified in Tyson’s Critical Theory Today.  This means that your source material is likely to be drawn from many different decades. It is unlikely you will find a direct statement in your sources that makes a claim like, “I will use a feminist approach.” Instead, you will need to look for key terms, and for passages of “metacommentary” in which the author offers less direct statements about her/his critical methodology. You need to find at least two scholarly journal articles accessed via Academic Search Complete to use in this research paper. You will also need to find a minimum of three other print sources that are credible and appropriate for college-level research. For this paper, avoid websites and focus instead on print sources or sources that you can verify originally appeared in print form. Articles found in Academic Search Complete or other databases accessed via GALILEO are not considered “website” sources, so sources you find there are, with some exceptions, okay.
