Use the book Siddhartha to analyze the central image of the river in Siddhartha. Lead with a clear thesis statement. Use topic sentences at the top of each paragraph and follow it with an example, it’s interpretation and then a transition to the next paragraph. Let each following sentence add evidence from the text to support your reading.

All of this is based on the novel “Regeneration by Pat Barker” I have attached the essay instructions along with notes from the novel. In the instruction please write about topic 3: Analyze the ways in which Regeneration constructs and thematizes “masculinity.” Discuss the author’s literary portrayal, purpose(s), and effects. An annotated bibliography is similar to a works cited page, in that it lists the bibliographic information (the publisher, the author, etc.) of a particular source. The difference is that in an annotated bibliography you will write a brief summary of the source following the bibliographic information, ranging from a few sentences to a paragraph.  Please study the sample annotated bibliography attached. Develop an annotated bibliography (in MLA format, see attached sample) of at least twelve sources. Your paper only requires ten sources, but a bibliography reflects what you’ve READ about your research question, and not necessarily what you’ll be CITING in your paper. Each annotation (or summary) should be approximately three or four sentences for each source listed, and should identify the main points of the source and how it relates to the topic of your research paper.
