A Catholic School needs to be constantly evolving to meet the needs of students in effective and nourishing ways. School leadership is responsible for creating an environment where this can happen. Choose an area of growth for a faculty community you are familiar with. Describe the context of the school, reflect on the need for the action plan, create strategies for effective implementation. All the components of my topic and what the audience needs to know is when public schools began, and who started them, who they were created for and when black people were allowed to attend and once they attended how they were treated within school systems. This problem has been occurring since public schools first began hiring black teachers and are still going on today. This is happening worldwide but I really want to focus on the issue in America.
