My thesis is geared towards globalization beginning in the 1940s and how it has negatively and positively affected America

When there is a recession, the Federal Reserve Bank acts to decrease the interest rate to stimulate the economy. Research and describe some actions taken by the Federal Reserve Bank during times of recession in the last 100 years. – Do you approve of the monetary policy implemented by the Federal Reserve Bank that you described above?
