Exactly what the title says. Research and studies on the rehabilitation if prisoners. Explain how it works in the CJ system and after prison and how it helps and affects prisoners within who arent getting out. Also not everything about rehabilitation positively affects prisonors within and on the outside. things like repeat offenders and prisoners who can’t adapt to life after prison. what conflicts do they deal with and threats posed on the community around them. These are just things that I came up with in order to explain the topic. Feel free to add more.

To complicate matters, Peter fully admitted to the charges before his parents were contacted. Since it’s Peter’s first time in the juvenile justice system, neither he or his parents know what to expect. What is likely to happen? Will Peter have to go to court or trial? If so, what can he expect in the court process? Assignment: Research the juvenile justice laws and policies in your community or state. Write a 525- to 700-word response to Peter’s parents explaining the process he might go through in the application of criminal justice in your community or state. In your paper, complete the following: Identify the city or state laws you’re researching. Describe 2 or more procedures police may use in processing Peter’s case and explain why you selected these procedures. Examples: What steps might the police take in their investigation? Will Peter be charged with a crime(s)? If so, what crime(s) could Peter be charged with? What options do all parties (Peter, his parents, and the police) have related to intake, processing, custody or release? Identify 2 or more potential court proceedings Peter may face and explain why you selected these proceedings. Examples: What legal and financial rights can Peter and his family pursue?
