[SOLVED] Cloud Concepts

The Network Research Project (NRP) expectations are to explain the concepts you are learning as part of this Networking Fundamentals course.  This is not an extensive review of the topic areas, but instead a cursory exploration of any approved topic you find most interesting. You should consider the additional details below to guide you through completion of the NRP. Quality is valued over quantity, but quantity is necessary for a quality project submission.  It is estimated that 4 – 6 pages (not including the title page) would be necessary to address each Network Research Project (NRP) topic. Each Network Research Project (NRP) must have an Introduction.  The introduction should address the purpose of your project, and an overview of what you will convey to the reader.  It should summarize your research project in such a way that readers can rapidly become acquainted with the material.  Each NRP must also have a Conclusion.  The conclusion should summarize your findings in a succinct manner.  The conclusion will regurgitate key points of the research project for the reader.  The remaining format will be at your discretion.  It is suggested that you review the NRP details under each approved topic below, and outline the project accordingly.  You should maintain a consistent format throughout the entirety of the document. You should use proper grammar, terminology, and expand acronyms in each paragraph they are used. For example, the first time in a paragraph an acronym is used it should be expanded (e.g., University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC)).  Thereafter, and as long as you are in the same paragraph, the acronym (e.g., UMGC) can be used. When starting a new paragraph, the rule begins anew.  Student should leverage Grammar Essentials to aid in their research submission. All sources must be cited using the APA 7th Edition. You will need to use multiple sources of information within the NRP. TestOut LabSim may be one of those sources. UMGC offers a Citing and Writing Portal that you should take advantage of.  Do not plagiarize any material or content.  The use of figures and diagrams is encouraged where appropriate. Summarize cloud concepts and their purposes. Types of services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) Define and describe each type of service. Compare and contrast these cloud services are related? Cloud delivery models (Private, Public, and Hybrid) Compare and contrast the cloud delivery models. Connectivity methods Provide further details on cloud connectivity methods. Security implications / considerations Describe security implications and considerations for organizations moving to the cloud. Describe the relationships between local and cloud resources

[SOLVED] Self-referential Proofs and Paradoxes

Please follow the materials within the syllabus as closely as possible, please dont use materials that are above this class. If you have any questions feel free to email me  here are other topics if you want to do them instead the one i chose that is fine with me as well 1) Choose a mathematical problem from one of these lists: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_NP-complete_problems https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PSPACE-complete_problems https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_undecidable_problems https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EXPTIME https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EXPSPACE https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RE_(complexity)#RE-complete Or find some other mathematical problem you’re interested in that’s in a complexity class higher than P. Then, describe the problem mathematically and also in your own words, and describe the complexity class it’s in. For “complete” problems, prove its completeness. Showing a problem is NP-complete, for example, generally involves two steps: first, show it’s in NP; then, show some known NP-complete problem reduces to it. Some of the proofs and reductions you come across may be very complex, so you may need to just outline the reduction as best you can, rather than explaining it fully. 2) Pick a complexity class. Discuss the class, its canonical problems, and its relations to other classes. This one is a little more free-form, so you’ll have to figure out what to write about. Or you can focus on 2 classes with a subset/superset relation, describe them and their canonical problems, and prove the subset/superset relation. 3) If you’re interested in compilers and/or parsing, you can pick a parsing algorithm from here: https://dzone.com/articles/a-guide-to-parsing-algorithms-and-technology-part-3 and write your paper on that, analyzing its strengths and weaknesses, and explaining the algorithm. These algorithms should be understandable at your level, so I would expect a more thorough explanation and not just an outline. If the entire algorithm is too much to fit in the paper, find some part you can focus on. 4) Other options if you want to tackle them could be writing about decidability and unsolvable problems, including the Church-Turing thesis, lambda calculus, Godel’s incompleteness theorem, etc. Or possibly the equivalence of Turing machines and non-deterministic Turing machines, or self-referential proofs and paradoxes. These are very abstract and conceptually difficult topics, so if you’re interested in more advanced computer theory, formal logic, or philosophy, these topics might be interesting. 5) If you want to write a paper that goes further into the P vs. NP problem that I discussed in my P vs. NP video, that’s also a possibility. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P_versus_NP_problem 6) You can write a paper on the proof of undecidability of any of the undecidable properties of context-free, context-sensitive, recursive or RE languages, provided the proof is substantial enough for this paper.

[SOLVED] Data Structure Project

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST BEFORE BIDING!!! MAKE SURE YOU KNOW DATA STRUCTURES IN JAVA THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MY PROFESSOR Answering Questions with Data  Over the course of the semester, we’ve been talking about different structures we can use to work with data, and when we would use them. For this project, you’ll choose a question or data set of interest to you, and you’ll do some data analysis using programming to answer it. A set of free datasets is linked in the course description on Blackboard. Here are some examples of things you look at: HERE IS THE SET OF FREE DATASETS LINKED IN THE COURSE: https://guides.emich.edu/data/free-data  • Look at World Development Indicators from the World Bank for a set of countries and consider whether different variables are related to GDP  • Analyze global temperature and compare it to other variables to look at causes or results of global warming  • Analyze the stock market and how it interacts with global economy  • How particular sports statistics vary over time or home vs. away  If you want to discuss a project idea, feel free to come by before class or to office hours to talk about it, or email me!  (YOU CAN ALSO MAKE A PROJECT THAT IS NOT IN THE LINK, JUST TELL ME WHAT PROJECT IS THAT) To Turn In  • A final report. This should be 3-5 pages (not including bibliography or code) and should include:  – An introduction to the quesiton you’re studying  – A brief literature review; what is known on this question?  – Your approach to the analysis (which must involve some programming)  – Your results  – Some discussion of those results and a conclusion  – An annotated bibliography, that is, the sources you used with brief notes on how they were helpful. You can use any bibliography format here, just be consistent.  – Appendices with code and anything else you’d like to include.  JUST MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ORDER
