Using these three eras, compare and contrast the approach each country/era uses to design its buildings, sculpt their kings/gods/athletes/citizens, and paint portraits, landscapes, animal hunts, etc. a. Discuss specific examples in detail and note in your paper what the differences are among these eras in these arts. b. Also, try to find similarities between eras and countries. For example, does Etruscan architecture shares design features from Greek buildings, and at the same time hint at what’s to come in Roman architecture? c. Information systems support and facilitate the functioning of people to enhance and evolve nursing practice by generating knowledge. This knowledge represents five rights: the right information, accessible by the right people in the right settings, applied the right way at the right time. It is also the struggle to integrate new knowledge and old knowledge to enhance wisdom. If clinicians are inundated with data without the ability to process it, this yields too little wisdom. That is why it is crucial that clinicians have viable information systems at their fingertips to facilitate the acquisition, sharing and utilization of knowledge while maturing wisdom; it is a process of empowerment. If you could only meet FOUR of the Rights, which one would you omit, and why? Also, provide your rationale for each Right you chose to meet. The purpose of this discussion is to highlight how things from the arts converge with aspects of faith. This week you will explore a unique period in the history of the Arts ~ the Baroque period. This period is the result of the Catholic Church’s response to the Reformation, which shaped the arts in specific ways. As you learn about this period of the arts, think about ways the arts intersect with and form your own religious or spiritual practices and traditions. You are to pick an actor or a director whose work you admire and write a 2 to 3 page paper about their craft.  Actors will be easier to use than directors, but I leave it up to you.  Again, the more popular they are, the easier it will be to find information on them.  It would be terrific if they work on stage as well as film, but not necessary.  The paper should cover the following: For an Actor- • Basic bio information. • Internal versus external. • Use of their voice and body (physiological). • Use of their imagination (psychological). • Use of their emotion. • Kinds of characters played, plays (films) acted in. • Style/Genre of plays (films) acted in. • Are they known for being easy to work with/hard to work with?  Collaboration.
