To provide hard to find , rare sneakers to the people who love them at retail prices. 5. What are the main product(s) and/or service(s) for your business? Rare hard to find sneakers. 6. Who do you think will be most interested in your products/services? (e.g. elderly, athletes, females, children, etc.). Kids, young adults, and people who love sneakers. 7. In the area that you live in, will you have a storefront, a website, or both? Website 8. What will your operating hours be? 24hrs a day 9. How will your business be unique compared to the competition? I will sale sneakers for retail as opposed to my completion selling for two and three times the retail price. 10. What current trends in society will help make your business successful? Since we are currently in a pandemic I think this will help my online business because of social distancing and no one wanting to go out to stores. The Marketing Plan should contain at least following information: title page, executive summary, company and industry overview, SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, primary target audience, marketing mix, sales forecasts, appendix, and references. Format The final version of the Marketing Plan should be: at least 8 pages, excluding title page and reference page, and no more than 20 pages double spaced 12 pt font.
