The first and most important one to me is “do the right thing”. This resonates with me both philosophically and professionally. As an HR professional, it is essential that colleagues have full trust that I will always choose to do the right thing in any given situation. Integrity is also important to my identity and of course is closely related to my first point. I also place a lot of importance on professionalism and good judgement. It is not always easy to avoid difficult situations with employees but in HR we cannot allow ourselves to “lose our cool”.” 3. more than 80 words “I have spent 21 years in the Air Force so most of my brand revolves around the career I have known the majority of my life which is the Air Force. Those are the key words I like to focus on when writing my brand.”
