Boeing Ethical Misconduct

Topic:  A senior Boeing engineer filed an internal ethics complaint this year saying that during the development of the 737 Max jet the company had rejected a safety system to minimize costs, equipment that he felt could have reduced risks that contributed to two fatal crashes Get into the design and training issues, you can include the whistleblower complaint but you need to address the big issue.  Be sure to use the FAA  report, there is a Congressional report and the shareholder lawsuit. Identify the ethical risks to which Boeing is subject to and develop a management strategy and program to manage those risks.  Recommendations should be developed to ensure that the corporate culture supports the corporation’s code of conduct and to ensure that the specific failures are corrected.  Take the role of the Corporate Ethics Officer for one of the companies of the cases or roundtables.  Develop a corporate ethics program for Boeing.  You must raise and address the ethical risks to which the company is subject, and develop a program to correct those ethics failures which occurred.
