How do you resolve parenting conflicts?
Method 1 Talking it Out
Hear what your childs other parent thinks. By listening to your childs other parent, you can begin to understand the source of the conflict and work toward a solution.
Draw attention to the conflict.
Express yourself without blaming.
Avoid generalizations.

Dysfunctional parents may emulate or over-correct from their own dysfunctional parents.
