Locate and take a free online assessment that uses the Big Five personality factors.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper describing your personality traits based on your findings from the Big Five assessment tool. Include the following in your paper:
Summarize your results.
Propose solutions for working with other personality types using the information from the Big Five assessment and the underlying principles of trait theories.
Describe how your results from the assessment compare to the 16 personality factors. Explain how your results are relative to genetics.
Include an introduction and conclusion, and cite at least two sources other than your textbook.
Format your paper according to APA guidelines.

In college I am very outgoing and flirtatious, I speak my mind and let people know what I think of them. Out of college I am also outgoing and quite loud. I socialise a lot with my friends and like to have a good time.

For this assignment I am going to describe my own personality and compare it to what my friend thinks of my personality. I am also going to describe the evolution of behaviour and why people behave in the way they do.
What my friend Leigh thinks of my personality,
When I first met Kerry I thought she was very loud and outgoing, and even quite scary. Now I know Kerry shes not scary at all, shes very flirtatious, trustworthy and honest. She is a great mate and very responsible. Kerry has mood swings and can get very touchy with certain issues. Kerry is very funny and cares about her friends.
What I think of my personality,
I think I have different types of personalities. In college I am very outgoing and flirtatious, I speak my mind and let people know what I think of them. Out of college I am also outgoing and quite loud. I socialise a lot with my friends and like to have a good time. I do have a sensitive side when people talk about my business but I need to learn to ignore them and let it go over my head. I try not to judge people on first impressions and I like to get to know as many people as possible.
Everyone has a different type of behaviour for different places, e.g. if you were at a friends house you would behave in your normal way but if you were going out somewhere formal you would behave in the manner expected of you. There are different ways to behave for everything you do.
