Apologetics
The friend you were talking to in Essay 2 is more open to Christianity now. However, he/she is still having trouble believing in miracles, specifically the resurrection. In this essay, make the most persuasive case you can to your secular friend. Keep in mind that as you write this paper in response to your friend, if he/she does not believe in miracles, they likely do not believe in the Bible either so sometimes showing a particular verse might not help. However, use the Bible as a historical document to argue for the historicity of the resurrection. You must also be aware of our audience as well. We must learn to meet them where they are at (Inside/Out) and bring them along. Pay close attention to having clear organization and relevant sources, which must be used effectively. There must be 3 scholarly/academic references used in addition to Apologetics at the Cross and the Bible. Do not simply string quotes together as this is not an effective way to persuade a friend.
