Interactive and Integrative Data Review Platform Applied in Clinical Trial Kun Liang LLX Solutions, LLC  Abstract Plots play significant roles to provide data visibility, benefits in reviewing data more intuitively and identifying data issues more efficiently. Thus the techniques of data visualization are being increasingly used for clinical trial data review, while it is not an easy task as reviewers have to collaborate with multiple departments to work on huge amount of diverse source. LLX Solutions develops a browser-based data review platform. It increases user-friendly access to integrate data, present them in graphics and organized tables. Graphics are created in SVG format, which can be displayed in high quality and will not cause images distortion when re-sizing. More importantly, as the plots are interactive, users can easily explore detailed information, and conduct real-time, programming-free data visualizations. Considering the common objectives of clinical trials, four major modules have been set up as: • Patient Profile: Subject level data displayed in both listings and graphics. • Dashboard: At-a-glance views of key indicators of trials (demo,disposition, exposure, Adverse Events, etc). • Safety and Efficacy Analysis: Summary tables, figures and listings are displayed side-by-side.
