[ORDER SOLUTION] a response to a chairman for a univeristy

I just need this to be re-edited -rewritten in a way that will make it seem better/ professional. I would appreciate if you would improve upon my academic plan towards the end of my written response it’s not very good. I will give you what the chairman wrote to me to help match the writing for the best response. This is what the chairman wrote: Good morning Mose, I am the Chair of the Reinstatement Committee and I am reviewing your petition. There are several different things going on that I see with your petition and academic record. One, you were successful in passing the majority of your classes at CR in the Spring 2020. I imagine that felt very good to have gotten so many Bs. The other thing that I see in your academic record is that there are classes that are challenging for you, where you do not pass, but your petition does not discuss this. For instance, you were not able to pass Political Science 10 in Fall 2019 or Spring 2020. I would like to know what is leading to this. I also see in your petition that you feel the reason you were academically disqualified was because you left for the semester without withdrawing from classes to join the military. However, you were on academic probation before that semester but this is not discussed in your petition either. Finally, you are asked to develop an academic plan in your petition but you simply state that you did not. I see lots of potential for you to succeed Mose but there are some significant pieces missing from your petition and academic plan. At this point, I would normally deny your petition but there is something in your petition that makes me think that with a little more effort from you, you can significantly change the academic approach you have been using so far, and develop an approach that is more likely to succeed.
