[Get Solution] Research Method and Statistical Design of Research Proposal

I am currently writing a research proposal for my statistical analysis and scholarly inquiry course toward family nurse practitioner career. I have written most of it so far but am struggling with the research method/ statistical analysis portion. I will attach the rubric so you can see whats to be included. My professor would like me to focus on using MANOVA for analysis of the two groups of nurses and the underlying demographical characteristics that will impact the results of the study. I have attached the proposal so far so you have a better understanding. Could you please elaborate on both (method/stat analysis) as this research proposal should be around 10 pages, not including the title and reference page.
