Specifically:  a)     Identify and briefly describe two characteristics/dimensions of the program described in the article you read, which you will focus on in your answer (i.e., the two characteristics/dimensions of the program should relate to course content) (8 marks).  b)     Identify and describe two key concepts, theories, and topics etc. from course content, which relate to the characteristics/dimensions of the program you discussed in part a) (8 marks).  c)     Describe how the course concepts, theories, topics etc. discussed in part b) relate to the characteristics/dimensions of the program discussed in part a). That is, in what ways are they similar/different? And/or, in what ways do the course concepts, theories, topics etc. discussed in part b) align with the characteristics/dimensions of the program discussed in part a)? (6 marks).     3.   Identify and describe three factors that can influence small group  communication (12 marks). Discuss how program leaders can use knowledge about these factors when they are facilitating programs (6 marks).    4.   Consider the following scenario that occurs within a program session that involves 10 participants:   Morgan: “I think that my idea has considerable merit and meets our needs.” Jordan: “That’s ridiculous, it will never work.” Morgan: “Get off my case! I don’t see you proposing any better solutions”.   Name and briefly describe two strategies that could be used to honour both Morgan and Jordan’s points of view and to resolve this impasse (6 marks). Explain why these two strategies are likely to be effective in this situation (6 marks).
