The term project of the course is about the impact of Circular Economy on Operations.of the Starbucks componyyou are responsible only for the 3 step onlyi putted all steps only for explanation1-Research on the circular economy topic (there is a discussionboard on the subject, you can use that to exchanges ideas or documents with your peers.2-Choose a product or service operation by an organization/firm. This could be a small company that you can go and make observations regarding their operations or an international company that you can do you research via internet (their web site, cases about the firm, etc)3-Analyze this operation which is naturally in the form of Linear Economy (that is procure, tranform to an output, deliver to the customer and let the customer consume it). Using lecture notes and your research on the CE topic, create a design for the product/service and/or its operations to generate the competable (environmentally friendly) outputs and explain how does it complete its cycle in the nature.4-Discuss the challenges in creating such operations and change in the organization as well as the benefits from this change in economical, environmental and social senses.
