State the objective of the legal department in a hospital or healthcare organization, in general, and the specific objectives of each unit/topic of the practicum. In order to fulfill the requirements to cover each item in each unit, you have to answer the following questions (as applicable): a. What is it? (i.e., define it as it is in literature and as applied in the setting of the practice under investigation, if applicable). b. Why is it? (i.e., the purpose of its conduction or presence). c. Where is it? (i.e., the place of conduction, presence). d. When is it? (i.e., when it is being found or conducted). e. Who? (i.e., who is the responsible for conducting it, and to whom it is directed). f. How? (i.e., the process of its conduction or utilization). The reference guidelines (as policies and procedures) should be referred to as necessary in the item discussion, and the used forms also should be attached (if you got samples from the clinical setting, otherwise, just refer to what is presented and discussed in literature). put your comments (i.e., the strength and weaknesses) in relation to each discussed item, as well as your recommendation to modify it to be more efficient, effective and/or safe to the running system (if needed).
