They look to see what liabilities you might be bringing into their workplace. In response to this thread, write up two things.    First address at least two points or observations about Mr. Tran and his advice that you personally think is worth remembering. Secondly, comment on how you think your own social media posts and photos might be viewed by a future potential employer. Are you thinking that some casual social photos may be less appropriate for employers to see?
