you have to read a case study and answer 3 question about 1500 words each i have a folder with everything you will need but basically  The case to be studied is JUST Inc – a clean meat & protein-alternatives development & distribution company navigating the emergent markets for manufactured meat, plant-based meat, plant-based alternatives and insect-based proteins.  While clean – or manufactured or cultured – meat has received some scholarly attention over the past few years, this recent case study – published in May 2020 – captures a current snapshot of the innovations, successes & challenges facing the industry generally and JUST Inc in particular.     Question 1 – Entrepreneurial Strategy   Part 1: Assuming JUST has chosen to adopt a disruption strategy (see HBR article, below), argue the strengths & weaknesses of their current position in terms of pursuing each of the 4 strategic options addressed in the case – clean meat, plant-based meat, plant-based alternatives and insect-based protein.    Part 2: In particular and from the standpoint of a disruption strategy, contrast the scalability of the various innovations JUST have developed against each option (drawing on the video & blog, below). Make particular reference to Exhibits 1 & 2 of the core case and the concerns of the World Economic Forum (see blog, below) to support your arguments.     Question 2 – Chasm theory & growth Chasm theory offers an explanation for why otherwise compelling new technologies fail to reach mass market dominance. Most critically, the theory proposes distinct moves for a new product or service to progress from innovators through early adopters, into early & late majority markets, perhaps even ultimately serving laggards.   Part 1: Explain the hurdles JUST can anticipate as it seeks to cross the chasm and build mass market acceptance for its products, while still at this early stage of its development.   Part 2: In terms of growth potential to navigate each of the hurdles highlighted by chasm theory, briefly compare the competitive positioning of JUST against other lab-grown meat producer startups, drawing on Exhibit 4 from the case and the TechRound blog (below):   Question 3 – Disruptive Innovation   JUST clearly positions itself as a disruptive innovation (see video, above and the blog, below). Christensen’s theory offers 2 styles of disruption – low-end and new-market, each with particular dynamics – along with arcs for sustaining and efficiency innovations. Yet other mechanisms for disruption may well be possible.     Part 1: Argue how JUST’s deployment of clean meat may represent a novel extension to the theory as a high-end disruption, that begins with high-value customers and proceeds DOWN the value chain towards mass market appeal, as sustaining & efficiency innovations are invoked. Draw on Exhibit 6 of the case to support your arguments and to position the impact of each of the strategic options JUST is considering, in terms of innovation dynamics.     Part 2: Incumbents have defensive mechanisms available to them to respond to incursions by startups into their value chain. Argue how farmers such as Horizon Grazing (video & news item, below) are positioning themselves to withstand an emerging disruption by clean meat & alternative-protein producers such as JUST and others (as listed in the TechRound blog, above).
