The Greed Cycle
Mid Term Paper: You will write a paper in proper APA format, including a title page, be double spaced in 12 pt. font, and include citations. The Greed Cycle on page 175-185 will be presented. The paper should be between 3-5 pages excluding the title and reference pages. Your answers must make an argument and support it with ethical and logical arguments. You must use a robust amount of course material and facts from the case study to support your answers. Make sure you support your answers with facts, not opinions. The following three questions will need to be answered. A. Do you agree that investors and executives are too greedy OR do you think this is just capitalism at work? Should there be changes? If so, what? If not, why? B. Do the issues discussed by Cassidy denote deep, permanent flaws in our corporate system? Explain your stance. C. What effect has the greed cycle discussed by Cassidy had on the rest of the economy and on our society? Can we avoid future greed cycles or are they an inevitable part of our system?
