Employee Retention

You will be writing a business research proposal for the company you work for (or you may make one up if you are not currently employed) to TPTB (the powers that be) for approval.  Your proposal will be based on researching a problem an opportunity, or a challenge your company faces at work. The topic that I chose to do the proposal on is employee retention. This part will be between 300 – 500 words long and address the following:                       Problem statement clearly lays out research that the proposal is seeking to address and substantial statistical concepts are evident. Research question(s) approach the project from a multitude of directions, demonstrating excellent integrative abilities. Background research/literature demonstrates extensive use of statistical concepts that proposes research to address the project with a strong analytical approach. Your submission should use APA format and include in-text and bibliographic references.
