Define and describe the specific activities you participated in to build your self esteem. Why did you choose these specific actions? Explain for example: If you posted quotes or words of affirmation around your living space, why did you choose these specific quotes? What did they represent to you and why? I choose to post quotes in my mirror bathroom and vanity mirror. I changed them every two/three days. Telling myself I am beautiful, trying to feel more confident with in myself.
