Religious Influence on Family Violence

Using at least 3 journal articles, compare and contrast three different religious views on family violence. Make sure to address both the positive and negative viewpoints. Include any controversies over the interpretations of texts that may lead to religious related maltreatment, as well as any risk factors, or psychological, sexual or neglectful maltreatment of family members. Also include the roles of religion and religiosity in child-rearing, protective roles, reduction of spousal maltreatment and their response to maltreatment towards family members.
