The Perfect Organisation

This is a summative assignment that cumulates all of the concepts we have reviewed in this class as you evaluate:  What is important for you in choosing an organization to work for.  How you establish the behaviors you will display to ensure your success in the relationships you build while working.  What does it take to communicate effectively?  INSTRUCTIONS  Write a research paper The goal is to have fun and enjoy creating what would be the perfect organization for you.  As long as the key concepts are included in your delivery of this project. Considerations  Your assignment is to select an organization/company and determine how it aligns with your style.  You can use the leadership assessment, understanding of your motivation from the beginning of our class; what you need to be personally and professionally developed, what you need in communication and how you will manage conflict as you work through the changes that will happen.
