The reflective paper must be in light of how one can improve on leadership and management skills of a team/organization. A total of 4 sections: – Self Awareness: How experience can be used to improve performance – Professional Development & Competence: Conscientiousness, lifelong learning, and openness to new idea. – Leading Others: Trustworthy relationship, truthfulness. – Well Being: Optimism, energetic, confidence.
