[SOLVED] Ending of Persepolis
Reading a novel and writing an essay have many features in common, such as an introduction which captures the readers attention, the body which fleshes out the story and increases the readers understanding, and a conclusion which reflects the introduction, so that a circularity occurs between the two. Your essay should contain the following components (each fully developed with examples and details): I. How does the ending of Persepolis reflect upon its introduction, using comments by Michael Cheney in How to Read a Graphic Novel. II. Considering the body of the novel; discuss in detail any 3 panels in the book which you believe are important to an understanding/progression of the story. Why/how do the panels you have chosen advance the story? III. In what ways does the conclusion reflect the introduction? Give page numbers for the panels you discuss. Give a thorough explanation of each panel and its relevance to the furtherance of the story. Discuss what is happening in the panel, as well as the setup/design/placement of the panel itself.
